Attorney Cabello is the founder of VIC Avocate Inc.
She is a member of the Quebec Bar and practices immigration law and family law. She is also a member of the Young Bar of Montreal and the Quebec Association of Immigration Lawyers (AQAADI).
A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Université de Montréal (2018), she completed her bar internship at a Montreal firm specializing in family and immigration law. She then began her practice in the same fields at another firm before founding her own.
During her legal studies, she volunteered at McGill’s Legal Information Clinic (Summer 2016) and completed a community-based internship at the Mile End Legal Clinic between 2016 and 2017.
Before moving to Canada, she studied social work in Venezuela, where she worked with families and children facing difficult circumstances—an experience that deepened her commitment to social justice and the protection of vulnerable individuals. She also holds a certificate in community action from the Université de Montréal.
Since the age of 4, she has trained in high-level gymnastics and was a member of the Venezuelan national team, representing her country in various international competitions.
Energetic and deeply committed, her work as a lawyer is just one facet of her dynamic life. She also coaches artistic gymnastics, cares for her two dogs (brought from her home country), has fostered cats in need, volunteers as a Big Sister, and practices theatrical improvisation.

Lisbet Alonso Martinez is the administrative assistant at VIC lawyer Inc.
She graduated in Law from Jose Marti University of Sancti Spiritus in Cuba in 2010. Lisbet acquired professional experience in the treatment of legal files in the real estate sector in her city of residence.
She has continued to pursue legal knowledge and venture into the Canadian legal world, as well as completing her comparative evaluation of studies made outside of Québec, to access the area of her interest since her arrival.
After she arrived in Canada, Lisbet began her steps to integrate into Québec society by enrolling in French courses, as well as beginning to work at Walmart Canada to broaden her language and her experience in customer service, a key piece for her future performance in the legal world.
From her beginning at Walmart Canada, her co-workers could notice her joviality and her desire to help others, so on several occasions they asked her for advice and help and Lisbet never hesitated to offer them her support.
Settled in Montréal in 2019, she begins to take her first steps in the field of legal professionals thanks to the opportunity offered by VIC lawyer Inc.
Lisbet has a boundless thirst for knowledge, in addition to her desire to help the less fortunate, which allows her to do her work with enthusiasm, as well as continue to improve herself to continue advancing in her desire to become a practicing lawyer again.
