Attorney Cabello is the founder of VIC Avocate Inc.
She is a member of the Quebec Bar and practices immigration law and family law. She is also a member of the Young Bar of Montreal and the Quebec Association of Immigration Lawyers (AQAADI).
A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Université de Montréal (2018), she completed her bar internship at a Montreal firm specializing in family and immigration law. She then began her practice in the same fields at another firm before founding her own.
During her legal studies, she volunteered at McGill’s Legal Information Clinic (Summer 2016) and completed a community-based internship at the Mile End Legal Clinic between 2016 and 2017.
Before moving to Canada, she studied social work in Venezuela, where she worked with families and children facing difficult circumstances—an experience that deepened her commitment to social justice and the protection of vulnerable individuals. She also holds a certificate in community action from the Université de Montréal.
Since the age of 4, she has trained in high-level gymnastics and was a member of the Venezuelan national team, representing her country in various international competitions.
Energetic and deeply committed, her work as a lawyer is just one facet of her dynamic life. She also coaches artistic gymnastics, cares for her two dogs (brought from her home country), has fostered cats in need, volunteers as a Big Sister, and practices theatrical improvisation.

Lisbet Alonso Martinez is the administrative assistant at VIC lawyer Inc.
Lisbet graduated with a law degree from the University José Martí of Sancti Spíritus (Cuba) in 2010, and has gained professional experience handling legal files in the real estate sector in her hometown.
Passionate about law, she pursued her interest in learning about the Canadian legal system by completing a comparative evaluation of her foreign education to pave the way for a career in law in Canada.
After arriving in the country, Lisbet began her integration into Quebec society by taking French courses and working at Walmart Canada. This allowed her to improve her language skills and gain valuable customer service experience—an essential asset for her future legal career.
From the start of her time at Walmart, her colleagues noticed her positive attitude and genuine willingness to help others. Many turned to her for advice and assistance, and Lisbet was always happy to lend a hand.
Now settled in Montreal since 2019, she began her first steps in the legal field thanks to the opportunity provided by VIC Lawyers Inc.
Driven by an insatiable thirst for knowledge and a strong desire to help those in need, Lisbet performs her work with enthusiasm and continues to grow professionally, with the ultimate goal of returning to the practice of law.
